How to fix seeing spectators

Okay, @Ryder_Jo found out how to reproduce the bug where you can see a spec. Here's how to.You have to be in a party, any size
you have to be dead (after a fight)
they can tp to other maps w/ their compass.
I tested this and the guy noticed me
You can see the two shifted at me, and looked at me.
