I keep getting kicked from the UHC!

Almost everytime I join the UHC it lags like crazy , all the players freeze and I see no player messages. Last FFA I joined I was lagging and my friend told me that the host whitelisted us , so I get kicked from the server and when I try to join back in it says : You are not whitelisted.. I know how to get in the UHC , the problem is that when I do , because there are so many players around it gets so laggy to a point that I get kicked from the server after joining the UHC (weak internet)..
