This kid basically stole a song, renamed it, and passed it off as his own work. It's bothering me because I KNOW I've heard it before elsewhere but can't seem to find it. Can anyone help? Do you know what the song is?

(Note - it's the first half, not the second half. He switches to a different [stolen] song halfway through.)
