Tournament Staff Application
Posted on 22 June 2015 - 02:41 AM
Hello! The Badlion tournament team has spent a lot of time lately discussing goals for the future, and we have quickly become aware that we currently do not have the man-power to achieve what we want to. We're hoping some of you can help us to change that. Below, there is a series of questions which will constitute your application to be a part of the Badlion tournament staff. We ask that you be as honest as possible - you can and will be fired if you do not fulfill your duties, so save us both a bit of time and do not lie about what you will do.As of now, the structure of our tournament staff is as follows:
Archy is the Admin associated with tournaments, and is at the top of things.
Advisors are below, and are working on making sure events run smoothly and looking forward/planning/decision making.
Helpers are basically functioning as a combination of refs and consultants.
Keeping that in mind, please answer the following and send it to archy@Badlion.net:
What is your IGN?
What is your Skype username?
Are you able to use Teamspeak?
Are you able to record?
What role(s) are you interested in?
Why did you select the role(s) you did?
What experience can you bring to said role(s)?
How much time would you be able to dedicate to the development of tournaments? Are you free most weekends?
What do you want competitive Minecraft to become, long-term? How can this be achieved?
If your application is accepted, we will reach out to you on Skype to add you to the group. Do not bother inquiring into the status of your application - all information will remain private throughout and even after the process. That being said, good luck to all applicants! I speak for the whole group when I say we look forward to working with some of you in the near future!
P.S. All this information can be found on the help page, well after this thread has been buried in this forum.

I will do my best to make this as flexible as possible so that people can still play in events, however, it may require you to occasionally not play.Posted on 22 June 2015 - 08:40 PM
Do not apply here please. (For new people, if this thread doesn't get locked)
