My friend was banned for "ForceField" like 8 months ago and he want to appeal, but he cant register to the forum.He try to use /register (Email) but the mail never came

Maybe make an appeal for him? idk, tough situation since he can't make an appeal himself lol.He/she can always msg an admin on skype if you don't want to make an appeal for him

The email might end up in junk/spam, it is currently working right now though.
