Hello I just purchased Donator for a month, which was received and great, but i also got rankings reset and tried to do /resetelo and It says I have no resets available when Im sure I donated 10$ for one time ranking reset. Can someone please help?Posted on 07 May 2014 - 01:54 AM
First you stated that you purchased donator, and at the end you say that you purchased the elo reset.Which one did you buy?

Hey, I'll start digging into this now, the feature hasn't been used since our 1.7.9 upgrade, so it's very likely it didn't get fixed in the upgrade.Posted on 07 May 2014 - 04:15 PM
@Scubscribers Hi, I have found the bug and fixed it. It will be live in the next 1-2 hours once I test some other stuff that I was planning on pushing to the server to make it run smoother.The Badlion way of quality is to get things fixed ASAP. We do our best to make sure we hold to this level of quality.
