Clan ELO

Okay. So today i was roaming on the forums and i clicked on somebodys clan (i think it was smelly's clan), But i noticed there was clan elo.I really like this idea but i have no idea how it work and i cant seem to find annything on the forums.
So what i am asking is:
can anny mod / dev / admin Make a post about how this works.

A question i have. Right now we have a banned guy in our clan. ( i allready told my leader to kick him but he is layz af) He hasnt played build uhc. Is he taking down our elo?@ginie1 Since elo = Areana PVP i am gonna tag you sorry if i am mistaking. you can tag the right person then
