Clan Leader bords

Since we have clan elo now why not make leader bords for it.I think only clans with 5+ Members should be shown so small clans with high players just dont dominate the leaderbords

Clan leaderboards are almost done, I forgot I pushed the clan ELO to the main webserver.Also, your clan ELO is only your top 5 in each rating averaged so both small clans and big clans can compete
