Well basically mc has evolved from fun combos, strafes, and skill to fags running in straight lines and spam clicking. Not only has mc been destroyed by jeb but it's slowly dieing down. badlion is one of the only servers next to shotbow that support any kind of interest. Like it's the same old shit, I fight a mexican he doesn't get knocked back but he strafes be back 10 blocks. I die, then i rage. Then i will get my elo back be on a role and start beating people…. Then I get into a match with TehHolyPanda… Literally "like most soupers" have shit elo and they run in straight lines with 4 ms and hit you back.. It's really not even fun anymore to see someone hitting you back from 10 blocks away. I can show you what he looks like. SKIP TO 2:00 and watch till the endDO YOU SEE WHAT I MEAN. All the soupers do that, tell me how that takes skill. That shows nothing but you can click fast with OP ms. Im not making this post to bitch and rage im just implying why mc is getting so wack. Like can someone give me some advice what to do when you fight stimpays little army of ping warriors.?

It's called the straight line strafe and it takes no skill. Kids like stimpy are a joke when it comes to the pvp community, hot keying with their mouses, running in straight lines with their 0 ping, and recording only the fights they win.Posted on 12 May 2014 - 03:11 AM
You may say the reason you are losing interest is because of people like stimpy, but in reality you have been playing minecraft for how long? Badlion for how long? This has happened to me, and it is best you take a break from Badlion, or minecraft in general. I only play OCN ladders now, as I find that they're the ladders that require most skill.IMO

I do have a fix in mind, but it is a LOT of work and is going to require a bunch of time that I can't give it at the moment. I will probably try to smooth this out a bit more in 1.8 after Mojang does another huge overhaul on their code base before I dive into how to clean that up.

That's why I don't understand why people think they're God if they can get insane combos on people. They sometimes require a little skill, but for the most part, they are a bug that deals with lagging hitboxes, so the person with better connection is going to appear to have reach on someone who doesn't. You just have to learn to work around it. Ever since I started playing on this server, there have been people who appear to hit me from 10 blocks away. I'll get a 3 hit combo on them and they can just return a multi hit combo easily.Posted on 12 May 2014 - 05:38 PM
