Command Bug - Arena PvP

Alrighty boys, as you may know the announce plugin says stuff like "Don't hackusate! use /report" One of the announcements says something along the lines of "If you need help with stuff do /help, k?" Unfortunately if you do /help it says something along the lines of "Pfft Badlion players don't need help!" However if you do /HELP (all caps) then it works. This has drived me to the edge of quitting Badlion and every night I contemplate how there world can be a better place, then this dawns on me.In all seriousness though there are some good commands in there that I think should be known, fix this please! :D
