After playing a few diamond OCN matches today, I fought several hackers who aimbotted, used kill aura, and even regen hacked. Yes, thats right. I bow a guy maybe 15 times, combo him, and after we hit eachother another few times he kills me. I check the match summary and he is at half health.After fighting those who hacked on me, I quietly used the /report command while 5 moderators were on. None of them did anything. Not even when the match was over. I tried to get the attention of several mods and nobody did anything.
This has happened to me multiple times and its really frustrating when you lose ELO to someone who isn't even playing the game right. \
I UNDERSTAND that there are constantly new trial helpers and mods every so often. But what is this? Why is this happening? With so many staff members, it should be a priority to teleport to someone and ban a hacker considering this server is an ELO server. The reason why many people play is to get a high rank, one of them being myself. And losing to hackers is losing ELO. Its a complete waste of time and effort.
I just dont know what to do about this anymore. I have heard so many other players complain about staff, yet nothing seems to improve.

I cannot stress this enough.I love you, Jesus, but we, as staff, cannot ban in ranked matches! This is not because we don't have enough proof, or that we want you to lose ELO.
It is strictly stated that banning in a ranked match can CAUSE US TO LOSE OUR JOB. It's a much bigger deal than you would think. There are instances where a Mod will wait to ban someone after their match ends, and the player is then in a new match. That match glitches out and the player sits alone in the arena.
And, about your regen hacks incident, I trust you, but you have to realize that isn't something we can just point out without, once again, waiting until the match ends, recording, and reviewing.
It's a hard process, and I know that I try my hardest to keep you guys happy, and I know that my fellow staff members do the same.
But there are times where, in the long run, we aren't superheroes.
We can't /give Im_Like_JesusO_o 30 ELO.
We are players too, do you think we don't fight any hackers? We lose ELO and we try hard not to rage. ;3
So I apologize, on behalf of the entire staff team AND myself, that we couldn't save you from a hacker, because it really is our job to try to keep the server clean. (No that was not sarcasm, I was playing on an alt earlier and oAnthonyy_ started calling the staff team shit, and obviously I had no idea what was going on since I was on an alt, and it made me feel awful.)
TL;DR version: We really do care, and we try to help to the best of our abilities.

You want the all around truth?1.) We aren't perfect. We're humans, humans make mistakes.
2.) 97.00% of the server population complains about the staff not doing its job, but suddenly, when one of them makes the staff team they realize we do a lot more then just sit on our asses and mess around all day. It's like that saying, "You don't understand a man until you walk in his shoes" or something like that.
I doubt this is going to change anything though, because they'll never understand until they get the job and realize what gets done. Oh well.
