Add horseless to config?

I was just wondering if any staff would consider this, I've spoke to a few people and a staff member and they think horses should be an option to turn of in pregame a little more often. I'm not particularly good with a horse, but some people are just ridiculous and drain your healing. Mentally for example, or iTrickkz.ty
