Facs are now non-raidable?

Just wondering, because today I killed a guy who is member of a 1-man fac, I mean he's the only member. After killing him I saw that the DTR still was 1, even if I killed that guy, so I believe it's broken or something.Posted on 19 July 2015 - 04:21 PM

Smaller factions was less than 5 members regain DTR significantly faster.
