I've noticed that in Build Uhc you can't see your enemy's health. The only way is by using your bow, not all of us are great with me bows (me). So I think it would be better if every time you hit your opponent their health pops up in chat, like how it is for bows. Only asking for this in BuildUHC because in auctally uhcs you're able to see your opponents health.
