Whenever a server announces rebooting and it starts rebooting, people start spamming unnecessary things like "lag" and/or "laglion".

Yes, there are times when a staff members enables global mute but I'm talking about when there isn't a staff member online at the time and no-one can enable the global mute. My idea/suggestion is so the global mute automatically enables when there's a reboot so it spares that unnecessary spamming.
