Ranked Match Glitch

Hello, so today, my friend and I FrenchMasterDude were having a fun time playing some ranked 2v2 iron. He and I had played probably about 20 or so matches until this issue occurred. As we joined the match, all was well and everything was how it always is when you join/play a ranked match. The first sign of this issue, however, was when we had killed the first player. When we had killed the first player, no message had come up in chat (showing who had died and how much health their killer had). That caused the first suspicion but we didn't think much of it. But then, when we had killed the second player, the match did not end as it should have. The game basically acted as if there were still players left to kill…(and, the second players "death message" in chat did not show either). So. we waited and waited for a couple of minutes just standing there confused… Until we decided to /hub so that we could move on and play more games. But, as soon as we rejoined, I had checked our match history, and it said that we had lost the last match! If you look closely, you can see that the other team actually has the items of the lobby… meaning that they were obviously in the lobby!

(Also, when they had both died in the match… i had tabbed both of their names and neither came up…… and one more thing… do you know if it would be possible to get that elo back? We lost a lot for a match that we had won…)
