I'm dead. Blanket bans don't ban everyone in a certain area, to my understanding (my explanation was given when I saw JJPivot blanket banned and I didn't know what it meant), is when they ban every account that a user with a certain IP (the player's ip address) has played on is banned. It's not the entire area banned, that'd be incredibly stupid @Reselience
