Hi, I'm gonna talk about the endless amounts of X-Rayers that have been popping up in UHCs lately.So, for the past 5 *YES 5* UHC games I have played *Maybe even MORE* I have been killed by someone who X-Rays, or someone who has full diamond + no kills and a fire sword at the first border. (This fire sword example has happened at the 40 minute mark in a rush game - even more suspicious - ). I've been wondering, why haven't these people been banned yet? They are by far the most OBVIOUS X-Rayers I have ever seen at the moment, not pointing names because I don't want to start an argument. If the answer is 'not enough people to spectate' then either get the Mods/Hosts to actually help with the game, and not to just sit around not doing their job. Anyways, I really hope this gets resolved. I'm 99.9% sure I'm not the only one who is getting this, and it's actually making me feel like quitting UHCs just because I can't even say GG to my death.

It all depends on luck. Truth is a matter of perception. Maybe some xray, maybe they dont. From my perspective, getting full diamond and a fire sword is quite simple in an hour and a half. However, its also quite simple to get barely enough diamonds to enchant. The first part of uhc is rolling the dice and hoping you get the high roll ;)Posted on 02 August 2015 - 08:27 AM
@predpool it's obvious because let's say I see a player who has better gear than me, and has a bow. I don't have a bow and I'm unenchanted. I dig down and stay shifted the whole time, digging away and a couple blocks. And guess what? 10 seconds later I get dug to on my legs with a perfect angle. @realTarqeted Just because you have bad luck in a game doesn't mean someone else does. You just said that someone could be full diamond with a bow without kills at first border and you're full iron unenchanted? Assumingly, for them to have no kills, they'd have been mining the entire time. It's not that hard to find a mineshaft, nor is it diamonds if you have a good cave or many small ones. Meanwhile, you haven't even found at least 5 diamonds, which is either unexplained horrible luck, or simply laziness and a lack of attempts to find a cave. This is in no way, shape, or form a way to call someone an x-rayer.However, I was a very avid UHC player and understand the mining away and having someone mine directly to your feet. I once saw a name at surface, dug 50 blocks away from them, started digging up, stopped at y40 (staying shifted) and that same person mined 1 block below me to my ankles and ganked me.
Still, don't call x-ray if you don't have justified proof.

@Verillium I completely agree, but I never said I couldn't find diamonds. I usually get enough diamonds to get enchanted and get Atleast 1 piece of diamond armour. Like yesterday, I mined half a stack of diamonds from the fact that I found a y6 mineshaft. :PPosted on 04 August 2015 - 07:35 AM
This isn't rare at all, literally every game there's at least 4 full diamonds from caving. Mods are doing what we can to get rid of the xrayer said, but imagine having to handle 200-300 players with 2-4 people? It's not easy at all to get through all the xrayers, eventually they'll be banned. Maybe not in the first game second or even third game. Just because there was an "xrayer" that killed you doesn't mean others weren't banned. There is no way to think it was x-ray. even I, with the worst luck, was once lucky and got full diamond before the 20 minute mark. And as hosts we cant check all the people at once, + we cant spend the whole game specing someone who people believe hes xraying.Posted on 08 August 2015 - 11:41 AM

Staff are given so much shitMost people can't catch xrayers in a 50 player game, let alone 300
They do their job for free so don't complain

I think instead of speccing the guys who xray and cant pvp to save there lives. This is why at 100x100 every1 is full dia. Cuz the xrayers who are bad at pvp try and kill a good player and get destroyed. You should spectate the good players who people think they xray. im_declan got banned for xray and he was "good". why don't you spectate xClashez hes gets full diamond 30 mins in EVERY game. its not fun for the legit players who just want to have a good game but its ruined by them.Posted on 09 August 2015 - 10:33 PM
