Basically I've been experiencing problems with minecraft lately.
I dropped from 200-300fps off recording to 70-120fps.
What happened? Well I was rendering a video in sony vegas. I have a shitty CPU, the video I was rendering had a lot of effects so vegas was running very slowly. It crashed, I restarted my pc and started vegas again. I got KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURES multiple times forcing me to shut down my pc manually before finally being able to finish my render (which took a total of 2 days to do due to the insane amount of errors and me letting my pc rest). The next day I decided to start up my minecraft like a good little mineman, only to find myself running the shittiest frames. To fix all of these problems I proceeded to:

A) Reinstall sony vegas and all of my plugins
B) Reinstall .minecraft, forge and optifine
C)Delete a bunch of useless temp files taking up space on my disk
D)Delete a bunch of programs I don't/never use.

This fixed my sony vegas problems but my fps remained the same.
So I let my pc rest for 2 days, which did absolutely nothing.

And then I found what was probably happening. I check my task manager and this is what I saw: http://prntscr.com/7zmh0j 100% disk space while running minecraft.
I need to know how exactly to fix this and if there is any other things I could do to boost my frames.

Probably not. I take care of my pc I scan it regularly. You never know though. I defragmented my disk. It stopped the disk usage from being so high but it didn't increase my fps…
