If you're anything like me, you enjoying playing on Badlion no matter how much lag you get. But Badlion has one humongous problem with it. It's mods are either biased or retarded. Occasionally we'll meet people over minecraft and we'll think "hey, this guy/girl is kinda cool, we should be friends." So, I'd like to share 2 stories that involve my friend's experiences on Badlion. The first one's IGN is NovathekidRX. I introduced him to Badlion not too long ago and it was his first time playing on the sever and he loved it! So then he asked me "do they host UHCs?" So I told him yes, and we both played an FFA. About 40 minutes in, he sees a mod by the name of DohritosGirl type something in chat. This was his first time encountering a girl in Minecraft. He's not the most talented person when it comes to talking to girls, so his first words to this girl were "DohritosGirl, do you send nudes?" (Keep in mind, he did not ask/force her to send them to him. He just asked in general.) She doesn't reply. About 30 seconds later he has been banned for something like "fuck off please? Kthx." He was shocked that such a magnificent sever could do such a thing to him. So he uttered "that's fine! DohritosGirl is probably a single 23 year old mom of 3 who eats nothing but pepperoni pizza lunchables bought by her mom, which would make her and each of her children 350 pounds over weight." (He really likes numbers, I know.) That's when I asked who banned him. He replied with "Archybot." I notified him that he streams so you should ask him what's going on. So he gets on twitch and listens to Archybot's stream. About a minute passed and he told me he has to mute the sound on Archy's stream because his voice makes him seem like the most active member of The Gay Straight Alliance. All of a sudden, I hear his mom yelling at him so he has to go. I haven't heard from him since, but my friends at school say that he is on suicide watch for trying and failing a suicide attempt by trying to drown himself in a water bottle. I was horrified by what I heard, but that's a story for another day. Did he try and kill himself because he thought he was wrongfully banned on Badlion? I sure as hell hope not. Another friend of mine a lot of you may know, his IGN is known as RaidDefuse. He was your average Badlion player, he liked to get muted for Hackuzations by saying "HE'S X-RAYING!" while on Pot Pvp. But there were a couple of instances of where he was wrongfully muted/banned on Badlion. He was banned for "bye" at one point, which I don't even know what that means. He was muted because MsMissyMinecraft thought it would be funny to sexually harass him. He was banned for X-ray even though he wasn't, and because he thought Badlion was bamboozling him, he got really angry and roasted the mods with the facts in his appeal. Because the mods of Badlion don't know how to recover from a roast session, the banned him from the forums. He said "it was more than likely Archybot. I'm not going to lie, I kinda feel bad for Archy. With a voice like that, he's obviously never seen pussy outside of the Internet." And there are a few things that I myself have experienced. I've seen people say things like "Smqcked is one of those fat rat niggers who prefers to use his finger over his stylus on his Nintindo DS." And the player who says that gets nothing but "lol"s from members, donators, and mods in the chat. Another instance is; I've witnessed a man swimming in lava saying "haha now you don't get my full diamond, 3 stacks of gold and my sharp 5. Nice target btw. You should go hang from a ceiling fan like the nigger you are." And yet the mods just say "lol" in chat. There are people that get bullied everyday and they're on the verge of suicide and a person says that to them, and they just get a muted for 20 minutes. While the suicidal kid is pushed that much further. But when one of my friends asks if a mods sends naked pictures or not, he gets banned. That just leads me to believe that the mods of Badlion don't care about what's right, they care about only themselves. I'm actually starting to believe that Badlion is just like Walmart by the way that they only hire the people who are physically and mentally disabled. If Badlion keeps this shit up, they're going to have a Ferguson, Missouri situation on their hands. Why do you think people like TheBestGinger9 or ItsDenis x-rayed? Because the retarded puffer fish known as the mods of Badlion made those 2 lose respect for the sever. The only good thing about the mods is that they have no social life so they have more time to make sure someone doesn't stalk or hack against someone who is minecraft famous. The only good mod out there is Abby because she has a rack of a goddess. Just a little friendly tip to the owners of Badlion:If you're going to appoint someone to be a moderator, make sure they AT LEAST have common sense.
P.S.-You guys should really have a way to appeal to get unbanned from the forums.

You've kinda sorta moved away from the main topic, but the facts were the roast, when something like that happens, people tend to get impatient, what made you think he was tough in the first place? I do not have proof, but I really like your since of humor, you're definitely one of the better mods. @Morsinius

I can't contribute much to your main topic at hand, but all I can say relating to it is that you'd need proof for these situations and they'll be dealt with accordingly:

I don't see why asking for nudes wouldn't constitute for a ban. A girl playing Minecraft is obviously not going to give some random player nude pics of her underage self, so why try it?
