Possible punishment bug?

So I'm supposed to be un muted 11 august 2015 - 10:45 AM https://www.badlion.net/profile/user/Daredevil/punishments but I am still muted and my last fights were at 6:32 PM, so has it bugged out or am I just dumb because the times arent even right for my times, Its actually 7:32 PM for me instead of 6:32 PM.
