Are we allowed to skybase in a duel on BuildUHC if the other player / your friend is fine with it?

If the opposite team is fine with you skybasing then its fine, but if one player of the opposite team reports, then you will get banned since not everyone was happy with your team skybasing

And to add to that we have no way of checking if you're on a dual or a ranked match.
