Realistically you cannot come onto the internet and expect people to be mature. You're a girl on the internet and you honestly should have expected the response from the general community as you just gave them a whole new arsenal of ways to make fun of you. Trying to stop it honestly won't happen unless we implement the holy mighty Nazi Regime.

A lot of people will probably read your post and realize their wrongs, but that lot will still be a minute group of people compared to Badlion's entire community. Your best bet is to ignore it and move on. Why should you care about what some random person says to you over the internet?

This thread is right but people will still have ways to annoy others on the internet especially girls, like Smelly said hopefully a lot of players learn from the thread, but there's nothing that there can be changed to the community as a whole.

I haven't had too many sexist comments directed at me, but the amount of them in global chat is much too high. People are associating being a girl with being bad, which is in no way true.

Because I'm a very self-conscious person. I expect at least some respect. I'm not asking you guys to do anything, I'm just making a statement.

Also, I didn't do anything that opened any doors to making fun of me. They just started. And lots of people started saying "oh she's just a stubborn girl and she's on her period". I started getting messaged that I was a bitch and other things. Am I supposed to take that? Because I pointed out that someone was skybasing?

I just hope people can read this and realize that words hurt, even if they're online. I don't have a life IRL because of many things and I come here to have fun. That's all I'm saying.

Is it just me here who never saw on Badlion someone being sexist LOl?

Also if people offend u in a sexist manner having the word 'Girl' in your name is not really helping you much cos then everyone knows your a girl and therefore there will be more kids offending you in a sexist manner.

I realize that you do deserve respect and I'm not saying that we won't do anything. We will happily look over any reports that are submitted, but my point is that you are online. It doesn't matter if you didn't do anything, most people will circlejerk just because of your IGN. People will be like this almost anywhere online other than a close-knit community. You can ignore players by using "/ignore <name>" if you notice anyone excessively harassing you (on top of reporting that player).

The majority of sexist comments/remarks commited on the internet are done by little kids, who are very immature and have no idea what damage words do to people's feelings, however it is not ALL their fault it can also be down to childhood upbringing but this is no excuse. I believe sexist/racist/homophobic remarks should be taken more seriously on badlion. Maybe a 1 week mute?. Then it should hopefully teach them that what their saying is wrong and totally inappropriate

Thank you. Unfortunately I didn't get any screenshots this time around, but the SG Mod who witnessed it was KINGLOUIS_ (I think that was his IGN). He might not have seen everything but he was the mod on at the time. For future cases, I will screenshot and report if anything happens. I didn't mean to offend you so I'm sorry if I did. Much love, keep doing what you're doing for the server btw, you're doing a great job honestly, much respect <3

+1, but it might not have to be that long. I don't necessarily know the lengths of mutes for certain things as of now.
