I seriously didnt know, flying in the hub isnt bannable¿¿ Tbh it shouldnt be allowed because it would encourage players to enter the servers with the client on and there isnt much point in flying in the hub -,-Sorry for upside down question marks Spain keyboards op amirite¿

Flying and hacking in the hub is allowed becuase that player may be going to Octovon.Octovon allows hacked clients.

Flying really makes no difference whatsoever unless you are playing something survival based like UHC or ArenaPvP. The brief explanation is basically this:YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING THAT PUTS PEOPLE IN TO A DISADVANTAGE.
You can fly as long as you aren't in something like a ranked match or in the middle of a UHC. Because flying when you are not in a ranked match is basically like spectator mode. Or when you are spectating a UHC
I am not encouraging any of this, it's just it really makes no difference.

Banned players are allowed in the lobby. Bukkit will actually kick them for flying sometimes though, but if they use it on a server good ol' gcheat lays down the rules.
