Chat and Elo stuff

Add a option to hide players' elos in chat so you still see chat but it saysNow in match against <player> with rating ****(even *** xd) and kit UHC
Or
Now in ranked match against <player> using kit MCSG
So to enable/disable this, go
Settings > Elo Visibility > On/Off
I always die if i see 1850+ players '-'
