Need to write up a quick clarity post about the rules for the network and more specifically the ArenaPvP servers. Some mods have said one thing, others have said another.I am stating here publically for everyone to see that the rules are followed as if they were lawyer text. There is no where in the rules where it states the rules are exempt in a party or a duel, in a SG match with friends, etc.
For instance:

We don't care if you all agree that you can skybase. The plugin on the server specifically attempts to stop you and gives you a warning that if you continue to do so you face a three day ban. We don't care if you have a 10v10 going and say it is ok. The rules do not state anywhere that you can agree to break the rules with each other. They are absolute.

So what this thread is trying to publically state and announce is:
1. The rules apply to everyone, and you are not exempt from them
2. Skybasing at all will result in a 3 day death ban, even if you are with your friends. The minute someone decides to report you and you are caught, you are banned for three days. It's one of those old expressions about how "It's not illegal if you don't get caught." Same applies here.

Understood.However the cool down on /report needs to be either removed or lessened. Often I do not report players who are sky-basing because I fear that I will run into a player who is committing a more serious offense and will not be able to report them due to the damn cool-down.

Just reinstating what Archy and Crat said, Skybasing will be non-existent in Season X.
