I had a camper (referring to rule 5 of the ArenaPVP rules)that I fought in a ranked match. He sat on top of a house the whole match, I had run out of enderpearls and the staff online was not helpful, at all. I first messaged the staff online (I know I should of used /report, but that never works anyway) and he told me to use /report which didn't work so I took to the chat to catch the attention of the staff (I wasn't being rude) but that didn't work and the match ended in a draw, which is frustrating because the match should of ended a lot sooner but I got no response from a staff member after being told to use /report.
