Ive seen for a long time in the config within uhc for like 2 years:
-Team health transfer
-Team health share

Yet I've never seen them get used i would love to see this interrogated into uhc as an extra just like strength and cut clean, only happens sometimes. I believe that it would make it more fun and add more of a team element.
