Increase gapple rates on sg

Gapples make teams a lot less overpowered, and it's 10 times easier to kill a team with 1/2 gapples.If this will not happen, most of the people on the leaderboards will be teamers, and it will not be fun.

Well, they will but it will be easier to kill teams.
