Alright I wanted to make a topic on this for quite some time now.. I was previously on a Badlion UHC in EU and I was playing normally with a friend not noticing that Vaecon was streaming or anything. But I was caving there for a good 15 minutes and all of a sudden I was warned to "Stop stalking Vaecon". At this moment I was confused. I was just getting string? and getting ores? So I said I will leave one I get my stuff and was denied and told to leave now. I was mad so I told the mod "isn't this bias?" and she/he said nothing.So I was like "Ok, Im going to see if he is streaming" and he was with dfieldmark. And I hear "this Camdog kid I reported and he is still sitting here stalking me.." Alright If I were stalking I were wanting to be taking your stuff and ect. But did I ever follow you? No. Did I even know you were there until I was 15 mins in my own cave? No. So why was I tp'd out and not him? is it because he is Famous rank? Probably. I love this server and don't like getting in trouble and ect. But this is over the edge stupid. I was playing with my friend and in ts with a few other people and all because of this one dude who is "Famous" ruined the game for not just me but my friend as well. That gets me pissed off. So I somewhat consider this bias as I had NO say in what or why I had to leave. So I was like ok fuck this im actually stalking this guy now AFTER pvp timer. I never found him from my tp but he said his cords and he camped on a skybase, I went there and knocked him off of it and I wasn't enchanted or anything so I unfortunately died. But he made a lucky drop in water which I didn't. I like badlion, there staff, and for sure there Arena PvP. But this is out of hand and unfair. From what I hear of now he wants me banned? Seriously lol? I spent a lot of money and a lot of time on this server to. I have grown popularity, skill and everything but I hate it when people tell me off and call me a "Annoying stalker kid" and get harassed by there viewers. Which the only comeback they had was "salty" when I was telling them what happened. So after all of this I got pissed and wrote this. And expressing my opinion and saying what I said in chat lead to dfield himself ignoring me In-game which I don't give two fucks about and https://gyazo.com/57a377f40de7d41b7e4b7e7a7a7de324 .
So after that I posted this.
Thanks for ruining the game for me and my friend
Oh and forgot to mention, Will this ever change? Or do we have to deal with the famous people and the mods being bias torward them.

those are just the perks of being famous rank, people get TP'd away. If you dont like it then start streaming or youtube yourself and you will have those perks too and his viewers harassing you? he does not control his viewers, they do what they want to. Yeah viewers usually take the side of their streamer/youtuber but that should not make the streamer/youtuber have to change their opinion on the situation in order to keep their viewers from "harassing". All I can assure you is there is no real risk in you getting banned. The reason we have the famous players can get tpd is because of the likelihood that they get stalked versus the regular player.Posted on 21 August 2015 - 08:14 PM

If a streamer is being stalked or finds someone in his/her cave, the streamer should be tp'd away because he's the one who is being bothered by the player. The system and rule that is now makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.Posted on 21 August 2015 - 08:16 PM

@sluttycow This is a good point. If hosts were to always side with the famous player, then they'd be biased because there is no real proof that they are being stalked. Maybe the rules need to be clearer and only allow TPs in the first few minutes of the game when you're on the surface? There is a fine line between actually hunting someone or stalking someone (who may happen to be a famous player).

Here's what the hosts should be doing.Step 1 - stepping to the potentially stalked famous player
Step 2 - Verifying that there is intent of the player stalking
Step 3 - Judging the situation and reacting to it
