I need help with an appeal

So my friend asked me to appeal for him because he forgot his account details and cant make multple accounts with his email. So i went to appeals, but cant see where to press "Post/Make appeal" :3 how do i make an appeal?Posted on 22 August 2015 - 10:33 PM

Hmmm, well he cant make an appeal cause he made a badlion.net account but forgot its details, and you can only make 1 account per email :3
