as of right now i am donator and i am ranked #1 on the leaderboards and everygame i get targeted and its not fair i think people on the leaderboards in the top 3 or something should get a disguise feature if i dont get a weapon off spawn then im basicly dead because i get targeted every game

No, this was suggested many times and was denied. I really doubt it you get targeted because of your #1 but okay.
