I was wondering why do I have 2 bans in my punishments when I was banned only once? Is there a way to delete it? If not it's ok but people ask me why did I XRAY again when I alredy got ban for that but its only MaccaTacca ReBanning me.

No, they can't be removed. People will realise it's part of the same punishment by looking at the time.
