I was muted for notifying a mod of a hacker (the hacker (now banned) was called Amusion) but then he got banned for kill aura… Yet I'm still muted?!

I reported after fighting him once.

I then fought him another couple times then started to get sick of it so I asked if there were any mods, they said there was and it was "being dealt with" then 2 mins later I get in another game with him, say "mods please tp to me, this guy is h.acking blatantly". He then obviously turns off his hacks, I destroy him because he evidently cannot PVP without them, then I get muted 30 seconds into fight. He then turns them back on and kills me in a couple seconds, with some always-crit hack (new to me). 15 seconds later, since he was clearly reading the chat and saw me get muted, he thought he got away with it. He was then banned for kill aura. Yet, I'm still muted, and all I did was insist a hacker got banned, I'm really confused. I'm always chatting with friends in chat so being muted is incredibly annoying. Plus, whilst you're here, 100's of us really badly want more of the gamemodes to be added to unranked since flint and steels are annoying and 23 hours a day you can only get an unranked game in MCSG. I know it's there to make us donate, but when I feel I'm forced to donate, I will never do so. I donate to show my appreciation for the work put in, not because I have to in order to play.
