Cant talk in hub?

Ok so I just got unbanned and when I go to type in chat it says 'Banned players cannot talk in chat' but I am able to go onto Arena PvP?@MasterGberry

Banned players cannot talk in the hub@SmellyPenguin is this a syncing issue we need to patch?
@Rollback it will fix within 6 hrs

Wasn't a syncing issue, but I fixed the bug.
