I cant get on the server or forum

Hi, my name is Bloodsport and I cannot get on the badlion server or forum, I had to buy a VPN just to get on the server to make a forum account.I have never played on badlion before and my friends keep telling me to get on but i couldnt get on. The server didnt exist for me when i didn't have my vpn on it doesn't make any sense. Since i have never played on the server I dont know why my ip would be banned, if someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciate it
