Anyone know for curiostiy in the past if is camping in uhc/arena pvp allowed (in 2014)

BuildUHC is a new ladder, so no. Camping has been a rule for a long time, if that helps.

You used to be allowed to camp, but skybasing was disallowed as soon as BuildUHC became a ladder.
