Pvp warm-up

Every time i get on in the morning to play minecarft and do pvp i always feel rusty or my hands don't feel right. So it takes me some time to warm up and get good hits and pvp good. I wanted to ask if anyone has a routine or something that they always dot o warm them up easily and fast.
