[Need help]

Heey,My ign is ChickenNugg and im now curretly on my friends account.
I am banned for [g] client because i was flying in the lobby (what was really stupid of me) .
And a few months ago i did /register on my own account (ChickenNugg) but forgot everything about it.
If a staff member could reset my email so i can make a ban appeal should help alot!
