I think there should be a Mute or Ban removal section on the forums. It is so you can post your mute or ban that you believe was wrongly given to you and does not give you a bad rep on the network of your wrong punishment and in your punishment section.

Already is one, in the reports section. If you think a mute was injust, make a staff complaint/abuse report. Use the format also.

You can mute/ban appeal here: https://www.badlion.net/appeals

If a mod accidentally mutes you, they're supposed to unmute you straight away and mute you again for a second with a reason "Previous mute was invalid" or something similar to that.
