Why? If you con't write properly a post, you have to write another one in order to write what you wanted to. Why not simply click "edit", and correct it on the same post? It would really be usefull in my opinion. And in case you regret writing a post, and don't know what to write instead of what you did, click "delete".For example, have a look here , I had to write 4 posts in order to give the evidence, it's even disturbing when you read it.
Maybe this has been suggested, in that case I'm sorry.
Cheers.

For simple reports like that yeah it would be handy. I believe the reason you can't edit reports/appeals is so you can't change your story. Which trust me, once you start catching players in lies(which happens both in reports and appeals) they just keep spewing out crap. That's my guess as to why you can't edit posts in reports/appeals. Personally I'd prefer it be kept that way as well.Posted on 08 June 2014 - 02:29 PM
I see that maybe on appeals it's a bad idea as what you said, they can change their "true story", but in reports? I don't see how you can change the story on them. You can't really change anything really important if you want someone to get banned (IGN,Acussed person, Evidence, Date or witnesses) Maybe add it on reports and not in appeals?Posted on 08 June 2014 - 03:50 PM
Only problem is when you have longer and more controversial reports; those types of reports should not be editable, and it would be hard to separate.Posted on 09 June 2014 - 02:06 AM
@MasterGberry give users the ability to edit their own posts?Posted on 09 June 2014 - 04:38 AM

This is EXACTLY why you can't edit/delete reports/appeals. And it's going to stay that way
