My friend was hacking and he got banned and didnt make an account, he asked If I could appeal for him, but when I go to the Appeals page I cant make an appeal

In order to make a ban appeal, you have to have a punishment on YOUR record that is currently active. Therefore, he needs to join the hub an do /register. This is the only way he can appeal.
