Ghosting

I wanted to ask what the rules on ghosting are? I mod for a lot of streams and when the streamer has somebody ghosting occasionally for him and telling him where a fight is going on, some people in chat get angry saying it is against the rules. I've been told it is allowed because they could only catch streamers doing it and nobody else so that wouldn't be very fair. I just wanted to have confirmation on whether or not it is allowed since so many people love to argue with me when I tell them that it is allowed. I know there's nothing about it in the rules so I'm guessing it is, but people try to argue "it doesn't say in the rules that it is allowed either."Posted on 10 September 2015 - 08:23 PM
I believe saying something brief like "There is someone west of you" is allowed however something like "Chanse is at 230 -345 half diamond at 2 hearts" isnt allowed, however thats only my guess and I do not know for sure but I would also like to have an accurate answer.Posted on 11 September 2015 - 04:34 PM

From what i can tell from ghosting it is impossible to moderate. Of course we would rather you let the player play the game as it normally would happen, but it simply cant be moderated. Disallowing it completely would just lead to witch hunting famous and well known players so much to the point that they would be afraid to use teamspeak or Skype at all. And then there are other less known players that simply get away with is because we have no proof that it happened. I dont really understand why you would ghost in the first place (I guess thats the host in me's thought) but i cant see a way to moderate it well enough to be up to Badlion standards.Posted on 11 September 2015 - 05:17 PM
