Rip to the 6 thousand who died in the Syrian bombings, rip to the 11 million who died in the holocaust, rip to the daily cancer fighters. But we don't have a day for these.

+1 It's unfortunate that 9/11 is recognized more than other, more devastating events just because it happened to the U.S. when everyone at the time thought that the U.S. was invincible, especially after the outcome of the Cold War.
