Cutting uhc gamemode

Cutting UHC GamemodeHey, my name is lolkms . Today, I am gonna introduce you to this UHC Gamemode.
Add the command /cut . Basically, if you do /cut you lose 1 heart and leave a redstone on the ground, then you get a random item ( Could be anything ) or maybe a random enchanted book ( tier 1 - 3 )
Also, add the command /meme . If you do /meme , you will automatically say an embarrass meme in chat ( all not against the chat rules ) after that , you will get a gold ingot ( 5 minutes cooldown).
Theres no memes in this post, so please take this as an actual suggestion.
