Banned Players on Leaderboards

So, a few weeks ago I reported a player who was known as 'DeafField2' and changed his in-game name to 'Xuesiar'. A few days later, my report was accepted and he was permanently banned from the Badlion Network for hacking. (Post: https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/72853), for Aimbot to be specific.

So it turns out I checked the leaderboards for the most popular ladder on the network, BuildUHC, to see who's in the Top 10 players, and I notice that the hacker was still in 5th place on the leaderboards (https://www.badlion.net/ladder/potion-pvp-1v1/26/season-9).

I'm unsure if it's a glitch or if it's even possible, but I personally think banned players who admit to hacking or aren't appealing after a certain amount of time should have their ELO reset to 1400 again, so that all players trying to get on the leaderboards are able to get there without cheaters in their way. Just a personal thought, not sure if the rest of the community agrees with me.

They need to manually reset their ladders to my understanding, there's currently 2 players banned on top 10 horse (mollyboy and Bqrney) and there's also Sweqty who should have his ladders wiped. They're all banned for xray, and their ladders are supposed to be reset for cheating.
