EU - Looking for a clan - Top 20 Global

Hello, my name is Fqst and I'm from England.I have no clue what Clans is and was wondering if someone could tell me a bit about it and maybe join their clan if it's got good players and a good record? I'm 1800+ in every Ladder last time I checked except maybe Archer because I suck with a bow, I'm on the first page for Global elo. Ty
