Please make unranked build uhc because badlion have lag and this server have a lot of hackers and other players get reduced rating! Please.

This should be in Ideas/Suggestions I believe.

Also, you can just “/duel” like everyone does, here you have an example http://prntscr.com/8a91e0. The chance of getting into a match is pretty high.
BuildUHC meet up is also a thing so there is no need to complain.
Also I don’t think that hackers will stop hacking in unranked BuildUHC. They do usually not hack for rating, just for fun.

Now the cons:
-too much lag
-not enough arenas
-fewer donations

TL;DR: This is not going to happen in the near future.
