OCN Bugs

Well lately I have seen countless and countless accounts of where people have regeneration effect or speed or even strength when they come into the OCN match.I have asked some and most of them replyed with that they just came from pvping on Vanilla or HCF or something.
I have seen many others and I think some are abusing it trying to always get that extra advantage towards players.
Try and fix this problem if you can. It would be nice.

Is it speed hacks? Or are there actually potion particles?

I have seen the actual particles and some of the players even admitted to having the potion affects by accidental.I also haven't gotten to record it because the matched with it catch me off guard. In the future I will try and record it and report it to the forums
