I could have an idea that would help badlion uhc a lot.
Say if someone was hacking,And someone who was doing really well and deserved to go further in the game was getting killed by a hacker, but you don't have the evidence for it.
You could dq them which isn't a ban but you /kill them or if someone is getting xrayed to and its 100% xray/f3 + a spam then you can dq them.
I'm not 100% on board with the idea myself but you could try it. If they have D+ then they can argue if they wish in the chat,but will most likely result in a mute. Also if you dq them to late and they just killed someone then maybe you could respawn them/heal them if they are low. It would make the server a lot more fair. And you can make it like, 3 dq's for the same reason within like 2 days or so will be a ban for that reason. Its not like dqing when you see they are xraying, only if they're going to kill a player.
I know it would make it a bit unfair if someone was falsely dq'd, but thats like getting falsely banned.

If they don't have evidence to punishment should be handed out as it could be false
It could also mean they know staff is onto them and stop cheating
